Israel Suspends Cellphone-Tracking for Coronavirus Quarantine Enforcement

The Isreali government had last month empowered police to requisition cellphone roaming data on those ordered to self-isolate as suspected or confirmed coronavirus carriers, to confirm that they are under quarantine.
